You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization to these Terms. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering or connecting data sources
• Ensure that you have obtained any required consents for uploading or analyzing data that includes personal, confidential, or third-party information
• Not use the Service to upload or process illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. Data Source Access and Authorizations

By connecting a third-party data source (e.g., conferencing tools, cloud drives, social platforms, CRMs), you authorize Starmesh to access and process content from those systems strictly for the purpose of delivering services to you.

You may revoke access to any source at any time through that provider's settings or by disconnecting the integration within Starmesh. We will never access data from a source unless explicitly authorized by you.

7. Intellectual Property

Starmesh retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all associated software, designs, content, and intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. • Starmesh will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• Our total liability for any claim under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service without notice if you violate these Terms, we are required to do so by law, or your account is inactive for an extended period. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete associated data in accordance with our data retention policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
